Here's the Official Raw Preview, it should be interesting to see how this angle with Easy E will play out:

From WWE.com:

Last week Mr. McMahon gave RAW General Manager Eric Bischoff an ultimatum. He said that Bischoff had to set a goal and accomplish that goal, otherwise McMahon might have to look for a new GM. Bischoff later said his was goal was for WWE Champion John Cena to tap out and lose the his Championship. Well, The Champ rose to the occasion once again and defeated Chris Masters and Kurt Angle in a Triple Threat, Submission, No DQ, No Countout match. After the match Mr. McMahon said that it was time to take out the trash. What will this mean for RAW? Who will be the General Manager Monday night? Tune in to find out.

Also, Triple H said last week that no one was man enough to look him in the eye. Big Show proved him wrong and challenged him to a fight. The Game backed down and left the ring. Will these two Superstars’ paths cross again Monday night?

Don’t miss all of this and much more Monday night at 9/8 CT on the USA Network.

Just read this in the papers today:

Stamford, Connecticut - Following the death of one of pro wrestling's biggest stars, World Wrestling Entertainment says it is starting random drug testing to detect illicit drugs, steroids and prescription drug abuse among its performers.
Eddie Guerrero, 38, had struggled with drug abuse for years before he was found dead last month in a Minneapolis hotel shortly before a show.
The medical examiner has yet to rule on the cause of death, but Guerrero's widow has said she was told an autopsy showed signs of heart disease, which she blamed on his past alcohol and drug abuse combined with an aggressive workout regimen.
"This is the first time a superstar of this magnitude has passed away on a national promotion," Dave Meltzer, editor of Wrestling Observer, said. "I'm sure they are going to have to do a lot of thinking."
WWE, whose wrestling programming is among the highest-rated on cable television, said it will announce details of the new testing procedure in the coming weeks.
Chairperson Vince McMahon told wrestlers last week that the new policy would involve frequent, random tests conducted by an independent agency.
"The policy is going to be very fair. No special consideration for any one," McMahon said.
The issue isn't new to McMahon or pro wrestling.
Athletes pressured to bulk up
In 1994, McMahon was acquitted of charges alleging he pressured his athletes to bulk up on steroids. Jesse Ventura, a flamboyant pro wrestler before he was elected governor of Minnesota, has admitted using steroids.
Another pro wrestler, Curt "Mr Perfect" Hennig, died in 2003 of a cocaine overdose. When Brian Pillman, a wrestler and former NFL player, died in 1997 of heart disease, empty bottles of prescription painkillers were found in his hotel room.
Bruno Sammartino, who held the World Wrestling Federation title for 11 years in the 1960s and '70s, refused to be inducted into a wrestling hall of fame this year because he believes today's wrestling is vulgar and bad for children.
He said he was sickened to hear young wrestlers were hooked on drugs, pain killers and steroids.
"We believe that this new policy is appropriate and important to ensure the health and well-being of our talent," WWE spokesperson Gary Davis said in explaining the change. Previously, WWE tested for drugs only when it saw a need.
Davis also cited the current focus on drug and steroid use in sports; Major League Baseball recently strengthened its steroids policy under pressure from Congress.
Although wrestling is entertainment, some experts say a grueling number of matches, high acrobatics and expectations placed on wrestlers contributes to the use of steroids and painkillers.
The pressure to perform is even greater on smaller and older wrestlers, Meltzer said.
"You're expected to look a certain way," Meltzer said. "The public expectation for these guys is very difficult to live up to. To do it 200 times per year, it's very hard on the body what they do."

Christy Hemme released from WWE

WWE and Diva Christy Hemme have come to terms on her release. WWE.com will have more details as they become available.

Good news from Good Ole' Jr

Source: PWTorch.com

Jim Ross has been in great spirits following his removal from WWE RAW, with sources saying that the announcer has come to peace with the fact that he might never again broadcast a wrestling event.

"He knows he went out on top, he knows that he is respected by fans and wrestlers, and he knows that nobody believes he deserved to lose that spot," one source said. "He's also financially set."

In fact, he has been so positive that he actually had a pleasant telephone conversation with Jonathan Coachman. Ross' immediate replacement in the play-by-play position called the Oklahoman for help upon taking over the role, and "Good ol' JR" was quick to provide necessary help and encouragement.

There is some speculation that Jim Ross might be in line to replace Paul Heyman in Ohio Valley Wrestling, should the former ECW head honcho not re-sign with WWE.

Christy Hemme released from WWE

More on this:

Source: PWInsider.com

The presently unexplained release of Christy Hemme caught a number of wrestlers off-guard Monday, as the diva was known for having a strong will to improve her wrestling ability.

Sources say that Hemme was notified of her release early Monday; the belief is that the typical 90-day no-compete clause will attach.

Hemme was scheduled to start full-time with Ohio Valley Wrestling after returning from an overseas promotional tour with Batista this week. That trip was reportedly cancelled late last week, with Hemme learning of her outright release today.

ChristyHemme.com has not yet reported the release
.

Christy follows a long line of WWE Diva's that have suffered from "The Playboy Curse" where they pose for Playboy and within a year were released from WWE. Many assume that WWE didn't want to continue paying her $250,000 a year to stay with WWE with other Diva's and most wrestlers making a lot less.

The word making the rounds is that she was notified earlier today that she was being released. The decision to release her was done by WWE and not her as she had planned to train hard and really wanted to succeed. She was scheduled to go on the overseas tour and had worked for OVW this past week. She arrived early to the show and was said to be really hyped up about her debut later that night. No word on if she will finish up with them like Daniel Puder did when he was released. This definitely caught a number of people off guard as she was very well liked backstage and always wanted to improve.

It's interesting to note that she posted the following on her website (ChristyHemme.com) this past weekend. "Hello everyone! It's been a while since the last update and I am so sorry! You all mean the world to me and I appreciate the support! I want everyone to know that I am serious about becoming a better wrestler and to really do that, I need to focus on training. With that said, I am going to take a break from traveling with Smackdown to train in Louisville, Kentucky at the Ohio Valley Wrestling School. I am going to stay ther for as long as it takes to come back and kick some ass!!! I have one goal in sight and that is to grow at this craft that I have fallen in love with. Thank you so much to everyone who is supporting me. I promise I will make you proud! Remember to keep watching Smackdown on Friday nights at 8pm on UPN!!"

Christy's bio on WWE.com has been removed as have all her photos. She will have a 90 day no compete clause as well.

No one is better than Eric. He's too good to keep off camera for long, he's probably just going to be behind the scenes for a little while and make it back eventually.

If anyone's interested on who to blame for the Boogeyman character being so....ummm....odd, here you go:

As noted late last night, most of the ideas behind Marty Wright's bizarre "Boogeyman" character have come from the mind of Shane McMahon. He's done a lot of brainstorming for the character.

Those RAW superstars taking part in WWE's Christmas special in Afghanistan are on their way and have probably already arrived in the Middle East by now. The company will be there Wednesday through Friday.

World Wrestling Entertainment sent out a casting call this week expressing its desire to find a woman to play "Shelton Benjamin's Mama" on the RAW brand.

The ideal candidate would be in her 50s, black and heavyset with a "good personality."

Assuming WWE goes through with the plan, the character will travel with the RAW brand for three to six months.

Tidbits:

The current plan is to bring back Jamal to WWE and re-form 3 Minute Warning with Rosey. Gregory 'Hurricane' Helms has gone off in a new direction which can be seen each week on Heat at WWE.com.

WWE is planning to do a spin-off of the Donavon McNabb and his mother soup commercials. As noted earlier in a post, WWE is looking for someone to play the role of Shelton's 'Mamma'

Good news about Ken Kennedy:

On Tuesday, SmackDown Superstar Ken Kennedy underwent surgery to repair a tendon that was ripped clean off a bone in his back. WWE.com caught up with Kennedy convalescing at home to find out how he’s doing now. WWE.com: How did the surgery go, and how are you feeling now? Kennedy: I’m pretty achy, pretty sore. But the surgery went even better than they thought it would. The doctors said they got it really tight; the tendon re-attached perfectly to the bone, and they didn’t have to cut me open as much as they thought they’d have to cut me open. The full interview is at WWE.com.

WWE will be taping the RAW show tomorrow in Afghanistan. We probably won't have spoilers for the obvious reasons. The WWE crew took some production crew who have worked with military guys and made an arena out of army tanks and military supplies. The plane ride over had very narrow seats and was filled with crates which made it very difficult. It didn't help that the plane ride was very bumpy as well. The guys are really having a blast though and hopefully all of you saw Rita Crosby's special last night.

-- Linda McMahon reportedly feels very stressed out at work and is giving signs that she would rather enjoy being a grandmother than serve as the CEO of a major public company. Those within WWE also attribute her relationship with the hardworking Vince McMahon for the stress.

"It seems like it might be a burden to her now," says one source. "She's a classy lady, and being married to Vince McMahon is a challenge to say the least."

IMO Kevin Nash was one of the best. I think its about time for him to realize that and hang up his boots
-- In the wake of his heart scare, talk continues that Kevin Nash could permanently retire from in-ring performing. Although doctors say that Nash is not at risk of getting a heart attack simply from wrestling, he had been giving indications that his career was coming to an end long before this specific heart issue.

TAJIRI released from WWE

WWE and Tajiri have reached an agreement on his release. Monday Night RAW in Boston on Dec. 12, 2005, will be Tajiri’s final appearance. Tajiri has decided to go back to his native Japan to work on writing a book. In addition, Tajiri plans to write news columns upon his return. As noted on WWE.com, Tajiri will be backstage at RAW this Monday live from Boston, MA. This will be his last appearance with WWE for now. No word on if he'll appear on Heat or RAW.

As noted here on the site several weeks ago, Tajiri had wanted to spend more time in Japan with his wife. There was apparently a passport issue that was preventing her from entering the U.S. Tajiri was contacted this week by Johnny Ace and the two agreed that it would be best for them to part ways and Tajiri was OK with it.

There are no hard feelings between the two sides and WWE.com noted WWE wishes Tajiri the best in all his future endeavors in their statement on the site which is usually a sign that the agreement was mutual.

Christy Hemme, who was released on Monday, did not receive the same respect from the WWE web team and it is rumored that there were money issues between Christy and WWE. They offered her much less money to stay due to her one year, $250,000 contract being up. Most divas don't make anywhere near that.

As far as Tajiri's status with TNA is concerned, it is way to early to tell right now. He could be brought in as a special attraction type deal similar to that of Jushin Liger. We believe he will simply take some time off for now and we'll see what he does down the road
