Me-thinks it is a play on "Thelma and Louise" - which was a chick drama flick. I think it had a .. 30 year anniversary recently. Also, Brie Larson *is* the spokeswoman for Nissan, in various other ads.

Ladies should be riding in a pick-up truck, not driving a pick-up truck. They should be sitting next to their man impressed with his truck and driving skills thinking of a way she can show appreciation in a more sexual manner.

I disagree, although my wife does hate driving my truck. Not only because it's bigger and higher up then she likes, but the sticker in the back window disturbs her.

As for Dino's post, I don't have a problem at all with girls driving trucks, jeeps, SUVs. I also love girls with guns, as long as its not pointed at me. One girl I worked with, she was driving her Tacoma, I told her she looked sexy as hell driving it and she just gave me the biggest, sexiest smile.

I saw a lady drive a truck once. It was a Persian lady and she rented a White F150. I saw her approaching her driveway and guided her in. Had to help with the Christmas Tree too. She looked ridiculous and I told her to get back into her Maserati.

Now if I'm gonna be honest, I don't think 99% of the woman out there should be driving anything with more then 6 cylinders. And all women's cars should have a device that makes it impossible to operate if they're putting make up on.
I agree it more feminine and ladylike for girls not to drive trucks. Just depends on what your taste is. Personally, I like girls more passive/feminine/ladylike, and not driving trucks either.

Exactamundo! The lady should be blowing the fella who’s driving the truck. I think it even mentions that in the Owners Manual.

Where I live a surprising percentage of women drive pick-ups. I would say it's only slightly under the percentage of men who do so it's just not that unusual.
Then again, I also live where most people just can't easily afford multiple vehicles and bad winters are thing so that probably has much to do with it.
