Your post brings up interesting issues. Should gender be determined by perception or biology? Perhaps gender should be viewed as a continuum rather than the dichotomy of male and female. An operation may change your gender, but makeup and hormone injections do not. Sex between men is called gay. Your perceptions are valid to you, but not to society.
