1979 The Villian or as it was released in the UK Cactus Jack.
Kirk Douglas as the title character, Ann Margret as the damsal in distress and Arnold Schwarzenegger as the hero. With a supporting cast feasturing Ruth Buzzi, Paul Lynde and Mel Tillis amongst others.
It was the only movie I've ever walked out of, and no the wouldn't give me my money back.

Now that was terrible. How bout "The Life Aquatic of Steve Zizzou" I just stopped it half-way through to save my DVD player the torture.
