I knew it was exaggerated, but I didn't know The Guardian published crap like the other British tabloids.

Dunno about 70% but it probably will increase to some degree, especially in poorer countries. Who don't have the best medical care.....And have you seen the air in China? I mean you can literally see it! That's how bad their air is and theres over a billion of them. If cancer cases didn't go up, I'd be asking why not!
