I do everyday
I have joined a gym, a month ago. Do I have to go everyday? Sometimes I just get too lazy to go...
It completely depends on what kind of routine you have. I personally go to the gym only 3x a week if I can, because I only lift every other day. If the weather is particularly nasty or hot, I'll sometimes go just to use the treadmill so I can get my jog in.
I work out 5 days a week.. 3 days intense cardio & circuit training and the other 2 days are strength training and running I started the C25K about 3 weeks ago
I love the c25k. ;-) If you want it on your mp3 player, check out DJ Beatsmith at Podrunner Intervals. All the cues are there. Works great for spinning on your own too.
In addition to the c25k he has an 8k and 10k interval series. Those two are both 10wk programs.

It's up to you how often you go. You're the one who paid for the membership. If you choose to sit at home and eat Twinkies all day, that's your prerogative...
I hit the gym atleast 4 times a week now. I take a walk to my gymm, its about a mile away. Wonder if this would be enough to avoid treadmill?!
As per BMI(21) I don't have any excess fat, can I skip my Cardio exercises?
