I've been (proudly) getting back into shape for the last four-plus months now. And I am very proud of the progress I've made.

It is indeed VERY much a healthy way into getting back into a healthy frame of mind, and also to help general human mental-health. For a natural energy boost and for a general appetite supressiant called Phentermine. It personally works wonders for me. It's available at the weight loss clinic which I go to.

As for me: I got a used Total Gym like seven-piece set off Craigslist (with some help) a few months back, and I work out at least fifty or so minutes a day. Just as much of an important note, I use much lower calorie snacks, chilled fruit, and lower sugar products. And I only have a once a month "cheat day". So far, I'm down several pant sizes.

And I've promised myself that I am going to get a entire new wardrode once I am down to a 32" in the waist pants size.

Oh that is really cool. This way you are not only keeping your dog happy but also saving few bucks. Its really amazing in gym you pay to 'work'out :p
Keep it up pal you rock!
P.S.-Add sum pull ups and dips to further tone your body:)

I try to run 2 miles every other day and try to lift about 3 days a week. I find for me its a lot easier once i have some momentum. If i havent worked out for a while its really hard to get back into the flow of things. Its a very positive habit and helps me focus and see the big picture, keeps my head clear.

Also I quit drinking soda years ago, i take vitamins, and i try to stay as productive as possible. All of that seems to really help.

Same thing here: I quit drinking soft drinks (more importantly Coca-Cola products) in late October of '05. That was the last time I drunk one (intentially--a few years ago at an Orlando, Florida family vacation I did accidentally take a tiny sip of a Sprite and/or 7-Up, but I thought it was water and didn't mean to).

For most of my life, I drunk three or more Cokes a day (with canned and/or bottled Sprite or Cherry Coke as back-ups) for most of my life. And I never liked restaurants or multiplexes (movie theaters) that served Pepsi products soft drinks.

But seriously, it was indeed a great decision for me. It helped cut down on my sugar and high-fructose corn syrup intake, which truely REALLY helps you keep on the weight you already have as well as add on addition pounds every few years. Now I only drink several bottled waters a day, as much as I can, as well as (every few weeks or so) a large glass of Simply brand Lemonade or Simply Orange Juice every couple of weeks on my cheap days. Great example eggybarn.

I workout by riding my bicycle 14 miles a day, 6 days a week.

I work out and have been trying (unsuccessfully due to lack of time!) to add a string to my bow and qualify as a fitness instructor. I am not super fit or super toned but do exercise cos it makes me feel better. I am extremely worried about the obesity epidemic that is being forecast here in the UK with particular reference to overweight kids. It may be controversial to say this but I think parents who dont educate their kids about healthy eating or set bad examples themselves is tantamount to child abuse. I am not taking the moral high ground here because I am not overweight (I have an obese sibling) but I really do think that exercise should be prescribed and regimented by doctors to help people and educate them so that the bad habits are broken and not passed on to younger generations.

Just my two cents worth :)

Just incase you need a little motivation to get your exercise today ;) Get Moving!

I walk damn near everywhere since my car is on the fritz, even in this shitty weather. Most of my life I have eaten mostly processed food and soda and I never got much exercise besides the walking. I have all but gotten rid of the junk food and I don't drink that shit anymore. I'm getting too old for all of that shit. For the past 2 months I have been going to the gym 4-6 times a week; doing 45 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes of weight lifting. It's amazing how much better I feel and I have lost almost 10lbs since I started.

And it's alll extremely intelligent what you say, to be sure. First, as long as you are physically fit, I feel that is perfectly alright. Not all of us are cut out to be super protein eating, bodybuilding-qualifiers. However, eating right most of the month, only haveone "cheat" day, and working out at least six out of hte seven days a week (although it's the full seven for me) is a beyond WONDERFUL start. And that is no bullshit.

Mean while, I am also in full agreeance that parents--especially as any Obesity and largely Sedontary Lifestlye plague reaches any country's shores--are gonna have to start educating they're youth and other extended family members, about leading as much of a healthy lifestyle with very good eating habbits and regular work out habbits during their lifetime. As it itself is very much also a key factor to good mental health, as well as determining if your gonna have excess body fat problems and other assorted health problems and risk factors (such as high collesteral and heath problems) later on in life.

So good on you all around, Rebecca! Normally, I am not gonna lie: I've seen some women in the industry talk quite thick-headed and not too educated sounding ina pot of posts on here, and even waste time getting involved in "online drama" posts (something I haven't done in years since I was a young kid). So kudos to you. Wonderful things you said up there.

HI Britlover (nice nickname btw ;) )

Thanks for the kind compliments.....I am glad you saw through my tits n ass guise ;) I totally agree that it is not necessary to be super thin as long as your heart is strong and healthy which is why exercise should be focussed on a lot more than diet. I eat far to much sweet stuff for my own good but I make sure I burn off all the sugar and am trying to cut it down (honest!). Thanks again for the vote of recognition that porn performers are not all just a body with no brain!

Why thank you my dear as well my dear. ;)

By the way, I have always liked the new Rebecca (or Rebekah in your case of course), since it reminds me of French siren Rebecca Lord, who was always one of my favorites in the industry. If you ever get a chance, please look over the free part of her website at the "Confessions" page, as you'll see just how truely bright and wonderful she is. :)

And while I enjoyed lookin' up your well rounded tits & ass guise (;)) quickly, your agaib 100% right on the money: Exercise is a WONDERFUL tool that has been clinically proven to help weight loss, fight the Obesity epademic, and also helps out with improved energy, stamina, improved mental health and other mutual health benefits. So indeed everyone wins all around when they exercise in seveal ways up to several times a week. If anyone is reading this and is thinking about getting back into shape as I have over the last several months, please, try to do so at your nearest available confieance! It is no bullshit: You'll feel 100% after that first month of changing your dietary eating habbits, and once some weight comes off, you'll see that you can maintain it and can do it!

And right on: just watch your portions with the sugar, as I do on my once a month "cheat" days, and you'll be much closer to 100% health at all times. And it's fine that you enjoy sweets my dear, as life is far too long (forget all of that depressive "too short" shit; honestly) to always eat the same things over & over again. It's great to spice it up and to treat yourself once in a great while. :D just remember: The human body will produce enough Sugar in it's lifetime to give you natural energy, and we humans in our modern age, according to Dentists and doctors, we often comsume in our average lifetimes nearly 40-time plus the level of sugar that is needed for our systems. And I once had quite the "sweet tooth" I my day, so I can fully unerstand what you mean.

No worries as your posts show a lot of intelligence and wit. :D By the way: I'm actually an American who loves Britons; thanx for the compliment up there, :hatsoff:

Good for you and staying fit. I can't go one day without the gym.

Its great to hear that you have eliminated all that junk from your diet. Most people ignore what they eat but that is what really matters, as we get life sustaining energy from the stuff we eat day in day out. It affects both physical as well mental health. Its better to eat right and no workouts than living on junk food and slogging it out in gym.
