I don't believe that for a second. Maybe it's because in Minnesota it's very liberal and I don't see instances of it, but I don't think that is true

Yeah, I will admit that when I first read this story I was extremely skeptical especially since there is no hard evidence to back it up, yet. Trust me, someone either has or will find a way to get some numbers on the subject and even then they would be shaky at best. To be perfectly honest, I am still skeptical to a point. I mean its something that I really, really don't want to believe is true. However, I have worked jobs(particularly in the oil industry who unbeknownst to most people have a penchant for hiring felons for some odd reason.) where I have seen this a handful of times. Not enough times for me to change my mentality, but enough to make me think "what if ?". In any case, it doesn't really matter if you believe it or even if I do. The problem is that a lot of black people do(I have heard them say it with a straight face like it came straight from the bible), particularly in the region I currently live in.

The first thing I thought of when I heard this story was: What if this was a pack of white teens beating up minorities? It would have been the lead story on every station in the country... as it was, it's barely a story at all... it's sad we don't apply the same standards of behavior to everyone anymore.

That's because the ONE thing our ever so poltically correct media is afraid of is being called "racist". If this went national I guarantee you that the major media outlets would eliminate any mention of race and would simply label them as thugs.

Ridiculous as it's completely different generation of people. If they want revenge they should be killing each other first seeing that far more AA have been murdered by their fellow AA than were ever lynched. Also, far more White people are killed every year by AA than the reverse.

Meester, this issue isn't just as black and white(no pun intended) as you think it is. First off, blacks don't always get preferential treatment in jobs. Government jobs are perhaps the sole exception, however. It has been that way for a few decades regardless of if the country is controlled by democrats or republicans. The private sector, on the other hand, is a completely different story entirely. As we all know, the private sector is the driving force of personal wealth and stability in this country.

I remember reading an article once a few years ago that a black man with a college degree is just as likely to get a job as a white man with a criminal conviction on his resume. I don't even have to tell you how fucked up that is. After years of busting your ass and mounting up debt in college, you get out with your degree only to have your chances of getting a job upped by a little? This doesn't exactly make people gleam with excitement about getting their college degree when they could make more money in one day "hustlin" on a street corner than they would in a month at a job where they are constantly being bitched at by a bunch of assholes who think they only got there through affirmative action.

Now I am not trying to coddle anyone or make excuses for decadent behavior. Are black people given a better chance for success now then they have in the past? Yes. Are there a lot of black people who are lazy and adhere to stereotypes that do nothing but harm the image of blacks as a whole? You bet there are. With that said, there is absolutely no excuse to go on a racially motivated beating rampage in this day in age. That is just absolutely despicable. However, you'd have to be an absolute dick to believe that the centuries of fucking black people over in this country has absolutely nothing to do with the current state of the black community. It's like I said before, the ghost of the past are alive in the present perpetually giving us a haunting view of things that were. It's apparent that these ghosts are not gonna go away just because we want them to.

Youre right, some blacks got hung just for being black in THE PAST.
Of course no where near as many as what is taught and thought.....by far.
..........and a lot were criminals, caught stealing and stuff.
back then they didnt mess around.
It was not that common, its just a factor, a strategy THEY use to make whitey feel guilty and blacky feel angry......and it works great

But you know a lot of other groups, women, irish, italian, german, chinese, ect ect ect were treated like shit and abused too.
But they dont use it as an excuse to attack and kill people today.
See THEY knew that those other groups wouldnt react like reactionary idiots, that they wouldnt harp on the past, that they wouldnt use it as an excuse forever so THEY didnt teach us about the hardships they faced.
No, THEY only told/tell us about those poor black folks because THEY know/knew what negative effect it would have on blacks and whites, but not THEM.

Just like THEY have for years which is why up until around the 1940's when THEY'VE starting having the USA defend THEM THEY were banished from almost every country in Europe at one time or another.
