Maybe let her know openly and honestly you still have concerns and worries about what she told you, and that you need to have a good talk about it. Tell her your concerns and everything that's troubling you, including the inconsistencies in her story and how you think she might be hiding something from you.
Also, if you make out that you wont mind too much even if she did do more than stripping, she would be a lot more at ease to tell you if there was more to it. Make it seem as if you care about knowing the truth more than what that truth might be, even if it isn't really the case.
I am sure she can handle talking it through honestly with each other if you've been together for ten years.

This doesn't explain the conflict between the two statements. If she took her clothes off for you, she was stripping for you. That does not equal "never stripped for you."
