Just because you are a prostitute, doesn't mean that you are going to be fucking somebody every single time you are paid. Your client might be paying you to perform a strip tease, for example, which isn't having sex, but you are a still a prostitute. The same works for pornstars. If you were a pornstar, your client might be paying you to perform a strip tease or even take naked photographs, which is exactly what centerfolds do. Just because centerfolds are called "centerfolds" instead of "pornstars" or "prostitutes", doesn't mean that they are completely different careers.
