Speaking to the whole "All-American Girl Next Door" thing . . . I must have a different perception of what that is from everyone else. I'm thinking back to a lot of girls over the years who have been slapped with that tag, and I'm realizing that I never got all that excited about any of them. Cindy Margolis springs to mind.
