As bad as this movie was, as polarizing and stereotypical it could be at times, there were a few points that are almost truth in ludicrous humour. Some people still think this way, even after over a quarter century.
Still cannot believe James Earl Jones signed up for it, even in 1986. And even worse still, cannot believe the President actually thought it was the best Harvard movie of all-time from the '80s. But then again, he was still a teenager back then, and not exactly from an unprivileged background.
