Why can I not post a new thread in "ID/Name the babe" section?

I've looked around for a while and can't figure out why I can't post a new thread to the "ID/Name the babe" section. Wondering if it's b/c I don't have any other posts yet. Would appreciate any help.

All new member's posts need to be moderated up to 5 posts. After your 5th post, your post will only be moderated if you have an image attached to your post.

So I'm sure your post(s) will show up when the mods wake up if they haven't already. ;-)
