If he isn't chainsawing at 8am, he's shingling his fuckin house or building a deck. I tried talking to him like a human being. Explained I work midnights on the weekend, asked if he could keep it down, do yard work at regular times. But no.
Maybe I'll play some drums or guitar at 3am Sunday night. Windows open.
