Who can speak french ???

I can speak French, though my French is Quebecois. We'd understand each other just fine, but you'd find me "quaint" and "provincial."

(though really the French in Quebec is a result of 400 years of language evolution - consequently it is a language evolved from more traditional French. the French in France has evolved far less in the same time. Perhaps Quebec is the French of the future? Oh, right. no. Quebecois is, nevertheless, a beautiful language. As is French.

Moi je parle francais. J'habite en Belgique, mais dans le nord ou on parle Flamand. Bien sur, il faut parler 3 langues ici, il y a encore le quartier Allemand aussi. Et alors l'Anglais et Italien. Dons en Belgique il faut parler 3 langues au minimum.
