Everyplace has an upside as well as a downside. Overall I would say that I would least like to live in the southeast because I cant stand the heat and humidity. The up side would be the food. The west coast wouldn't be too bad as long as it was the northwest, you couldn't pay me enough to live in So-Cal. I'll just stay here in the Great Lakes even if the job market sucks. Outside of the "Michigan Triangle" (Detroit- Flint- Lansing) it's a great place to be. Hunting, fishing, camping and water sports are plentiful and you can't beat some of the scenery.
