You shouldn't feel guilty or ashamed of a biological function. If your toilet paper isn't getting the job done you should switch to paper towels.

Buying tampons for the woman is always fun. I believe they purposely forget them just to make you buy them.

Ahaha! I've only ever had one guy go get me stuff for that. I was staying at his place and we partied the night before, and I got my period the next day unexpectedly, and neither of us had cars so we'd have to walk to the store. I didn't want to risk leaking while going out to the store (I already did), so he went to the store for me and even bought me a new pair of underwear. That was like 4 or 5 years ago. He's such a good guy, and we're still good friends today.

You're a real man if you have enough confidence to do that type of stuff without worrying about people judging you. The only shame in that is if you find shame in it, in which case you should be ashamed of yourself for being such a pansy rather than ashamed of the actual act.

Meh, the only problem I run into is that I usually buy a case of them. I think there are still some in my attic from before the divorce.

Nothing embarrassing about that. Menstruation isn't some horrible dirty thing, and it's not like anyone is going to think they're for you anyway. :dunno:
