This is my favorite but I dont think this would be considered fast food. From this list IN-N-OUT is my favorite.

LOL @ burgerking, mcDonalds, and maybe Wendys. They're just alternatives to when theres no good burger joints around. I like a burger joint that doesn't slather mayonnaise on a soggy bun and overcook/microwave their pattys. Just thinking about it makes my stomach reminisce about those terrible instances of indigestion.

The true answer is White Castle, but if your looking for a regular sized burger, it's really hard to go against Burger King. Hardees/Carl's Jr. is pretty damn good as well.

In and Out Burger California original! They have a secret menu (james bond stuff here) They have awesome Shakes.
Steak and Shake Real plates, glasses and flatware. I think of Steak and Shake more like a Big Boy Restaurant rather than fast food though. They also have good chili and yummy grilled cheese sandwiches.
