Five Guys Voted America’s Best Burger Joint In New Survey

Would have to say Steak 'n Shake from this list here, mostly because I can't get it in my state. Love their chili and their bacon steakburgers.

As far as what's available in my area, I would have to go with:
-In-N-Out
-Rally's
-Carl's Jr. (What they call Hardee's west of the Mississippi)
-Sonic

We have most of the listed in my area except In & Out (west coast chain moving east)
I agree with other posters that Fast food and So called Fast Casual (fudruckers,red robin,etc)
should be seperated.

Like most other posters I prefer my own but....

There's a Five Guys near me and another a little further away, I've tried them and thought they were just average. They're just like In & Out. Average.
I've found the hole-in-the-wall places sometimes have far better burgers than the chains place.

As a German, I only know McDonalds and Burger King from that poll. I prefer Burger King.

They aren't that bad really if you are in a pinch and just want something quick to eat.I prefer BK over Mickey D's,but both those and Wendy's are all on the same level as far as meat quality.I'd say as long as you don't make it a habit of eating them more than once a week,no big deal.White Castles on the other hand...I would rather eat Taco Hell than put another White Castle burger down my gullet.
