whats the best DVD you own

Fine dickwad, I'll play along, I would have to agree with Fight Club, not only a great movie, but great special features also. X2, Spider-Man, Back to the Future Trilogy are some other great DVDs.

I was honestly highly disappointed with the Bad Boys II DVD, 2 discs, and not one commentary, and very repetative at times. I am still confused about why they did not include the video for "Shake Ya Tailfeather", being that it was the main title song of the movie. Whoever came with the concept of this DVD should be fired on the spot.

i was gonna get an import version of BTTF cuz i heard there were different features on it but after seeing the box....looked tacky IMO.....i opted out......not sure what the differences are but i might still get it when i got some spare cash

another dvd i like is the indiana jones box set!....thats supurb

the only part i question is if its going to be 'original' or is he really gonna go thru with his intial idea and re do them so he can do 7 8 and 9.....scary thought

another reason why i love CGI so much is because of Lucas

Another one I wanna purchase is the Alien Quadrilogy, sure only the first 2 are great, but if you can buy the whole thing, why the hell not, 9 discs total, 2 versions of all 4 films. Doesn't get any better than that as far as DVD features.

Alright guys and gals, i was really excited to receive the "Seven" special edition dvd this christmas from my aunt. However, whenever i put the main feature disc in the player, it makes these weird noises, won't play and flashes a "C 13 00" or "C 13:00" message on the lower right hand of my screen. Another couple times it said there was no disc in the player, telling me to insert a disc, when there was one in there. The special features disc works fine, but the one i really want to work doesn't. I was just wondering if any of you have this dvd, and if so have had this problem with it, or with any other dvd's you own. Do any of you know how to fix this? Thanx in advance. Keep on rockin and rollin!!

Which was probably why they were deleted in the first place? I always like to see what was deleted, and have the director explain why they were deleted.

they were deleted because of theatrical viewing...the producers said the movie had to be cut or it wouldnt be released

i dunno i just dont like the way on the back of the box it sez 'Alternate ending' and you thinkin! fuck brad pitt doesnt actually.....well you can geuss the rest....but no its just an 'extended' version.....we pretty stupid whats the point scenes added

i'd love it if star wars did the same......put the orginals on there as well as the remasteed cgi striken ones but as far as lucas is concerned 'they dont exsist anymore'

Best Dvd thats a tuff one frm a fav film point of view gotta go with the mighty Transformers the Movie (what did you expect frm a guy called Optimus!?) a timeless classic then theres Pirates Of the Carrabien truely brilliant movie love it to bits and with Kiera Knightly thrown in for good measure its all good! I do like the specail features on the X2 dvd! so that gets a mention!

I am just dying to get Se7en on DVD, that movie just amazed me, what a perfect way to make a serial movie. I love movies where the villain plays mind games, and well Kevin Spacey is such an excellent actor I doubt anyone else could have pulled off the way he did.

BTW silitits I think I understand where you are coming from about the extended version or alternate ending, but I won't mention it on thie board.
