What pisses me off? Well...

The fact that "certain" members in here get a free pass when it comes to the Rule about "Name Calling." In a thread from last night, a "certain" member in here referred to the "bought mother" as what my mom looks like. How juvenile is that? Problem is, the poster isn't a juvenile.

Now I've been banned for name calling because of the name I said in the "Haters of Tebow, Correct" thread. And yes, I deserved it. But, when it comes to someone's mother being smeared, to me that's a whole 'nuther ballgame. How precious are mothers? Nothing, in my opinion. Yet the poster seemingly carries on with his day without even a slam from a Mod. However, there are countless times a few mods in here have called me out on several occasions that were EXTREMELY minor compared to what was referred to concerning my mom.

So yeah... I'm pissed. But, I'll get over it. I like this Board a lot, and enjoy the threads and the camaraderie.

No, I love, love. I don't like being reminded to propagate a Hallmark generated holiday. If you love the person, you should be generous with your love to them all the time. It's not about material tokens or once a year sentiments. If all she's interested in is a giant diamond ring or something she wants to show off, she could be considered shallow, and only desirous of a "thing".
