Other than the kind I get in the bedroom I'm not really a 'workout' kinda guy, though I'll occasionally do some sit-ups and push-ups if the mood strikes me.
As for other physical activities I like to play softball, blade and go for walks. I'd probably ride a bike if I had one. And one of my college classes is a social dance class. That can be quite tiresome at times, especially if we're working on a swing dance or something with a lot of movement.
