Mentally challenged characters in porn. It may be offensive to some, but it would be in good fun. Have a movie set in an autistic home where the residents stop watching Jeopardy and start to hook up with each other. The mistakes and misconceptions they'd have about sex would be comedy gold.

I second that. For me it certainly adds to the realism if there is a pre-story leading up to the actual sex. However, contrary to what the characters in 'Boogie Nights' want us to beleive, porn models are not actors and hence the stories are often lost although there are some gems out there.
