At least a little more realistic acting. Maybe have some eroticism and maybe even some romance in it.
Attractive women in all of them.
Performers that want to be in there and not ones that are clearly not cut out for porn, or the ones you can tell are drugged up or desperate and being exploited. Getting some of them with a good level of intelligence would be a plus also.
Chemistry between performers. It's better if they at least enjoy it instead of just doing it for the paycheck. Getting rid of men that are gay and strait for pay would be nice also.
Where the women are treated like their women, with respect, and not like they are some sex toy or a piece of trash.
Men that are not losers and scumbags, and to have even less focus be on them.
While I don't care that much or focus on the men it would make sense to have more of them at least be in shape or not downright ugly. That just doesn't seem realistic even in a fantasy setting. Them cut out all the stupid gimmicks and cicus acts they have put in there over the last 15 years. Porn has taken sex and turned it into a joke.
An end too basically all the stupid stuff they have put in there since that time also.
For it to be made for people more mature than an idiot that lives in some college frat house somewhere, or the hardcore raincoaters that never grew up. Taylor it the likes of the vast majority of normal people.
Less anal, gagging, squirting, cumfarting, gangbangs and all the other ridiculous stuff they have added in.
Interracial scenes that aren't done for the sake of being interracial, that aren't treated like a joke, and that treat it as normal sex between two people instead of some stunt.

That goes for the masses that try to pressure them into going further and further all the time. Fans that actually care for the performers as human beings.
Fans that understand the toll the industry can take at times, and think beyond just what they want.

Producers willingly not hiring somebody they don't think belongs in the industry no matter how much money they think that person will bring them, even if they think somebody else will just pick her up themselves.
Less tax fraud.
Better, fair, and more ethical business practices between not only them and the performers, but also between distributors, and all the people down the line that make the industry run. That includes non-deceptive advertising, not screwing people over with revenue sharing programs, paying bills on time and having the total cost easy to figure out, among just general ethical business practices.
A impartial third party person that's honest and has vast knowledge with the industry that could sit down will all potential new performers and tell them just what they are getting into before they do it.
I'm not the morality police, and I'm not going to tell them they shouldn't do it, but I would also like to see less performers that feel the need to escort, not only to stay more safe with STD in porn, but also so they don't have to face the negative effects of that either. Having talent agencies and the people that run them stop being virtual escort agencies behind the scenes would be a bonus.
People that work behind the scenes that know what they are doing so they don't do stupid errors like constantly screw up somebody name in the credits or confuse one performer for another. That just seems lazy.
DVD's that are quality and don't deteriorate or break as easily as a lot of them do.
