expand it? id like it repealed. getting a job, or getting into a school should be based on your experience and knowledge. race should serve no purpose on deciding it. whether the person is white, black, asian, a latino, or any other kind of racial background doesnt matter. the person most qualified for the position should get said position.
if that means that most jobs are held by a majority of any single race, then so be it. as long as those employees are doing their job correctly. whats the point of putting people into a position to equal things out, if they dont know what the fuck theyre doing?
