New Castle Brown Ale is my favorite beer but I don't drink it very often because of the price. I tend to drink the cheap American light beers more often.

When you drink as much as I do, quantity trumps quality.

Usually when I'm drinking I'll have a different beer each time. I especially love trying out imports I've never heard of. But usually if nothing interesting is offered, I'll take a Heiny.

I would say Pliny the Elder. It's a California beer from Russian River brewery and it's very hoppy but it's been getting a lot of talk the last two years. It's replacing Racer 5 and Lagunitas as the new best big thing.

That or PBR.
