What is the maximum pain you have felt?

Sawed off the top 1/4 inch of one of my fingers while using a ban saw.

Kidney stones: Big ones. They actually hurt more (and for a longer time) than severing my finger tip.

An absessed tooth would be a distant (but still god awful) third.

To make a long story short, luckily for me it was a prostate infection, whew! But for almost a week after the visit taking a **** was hurt like hell.

 You should sue this guy.
A doctor should always eliminate the simple stuff first, which he could have done by taking *****, ***** and prostatic fluid samples. The latter can be examined immediately for indications of infection. Acquiring the fluid means he has to stick a gloved hand up your ass in order to massage the prostate, but that's a hell of a lot less painful and traumatic than the procedure you're describing.

A Few years ago, I caught an infection in my foot by stepping on a discarded toothpick. I pulled what I thought was the full toothpick and went to bed. A few days later I finally visited the ER. While in the ER, the doctor told me that it was an infection and it was one of the worst he had seen and got scolded for not going sooner, I had a blister where the toothpick went in. Anyways he says he needs to drain it. He gave me a shot on my ankle, which was to that point the worst pain I had ever been in. I really felt like the needle was part of my body and could feel pain in the needle coming into my ankle.

The doctor then says that since the foot has many nerve endings and the painkiller might not effectively work. After a few minutes he comes back, and gets to work. The painkiller had not worked at all. He punctured the blister which almost had me ********. He then brought out a scalpel and began carving my foot. After that, he began squeezing the pus out of my foot....

That was the worst part, I was in the hospital for like ten days after that and needed another surgery but was put down for that one.
