Wakefield, show creator Kristen Dunphy has given us an inside look at every character, every ordeal, and every feeling promulgated by a career apart from any other. While the episodes tend to time shift and delve into fantasy regularly, the atmosphere, tension and talent make up in a way that few new shows can, on any continent. Try watching this and NOT feeling for its participants. The writers weave a web of individuality and a compelling desire to remember their charges names. There have been other similar shows. But none done quite as impactfully as this. Imperfect. Hard to follow at times. But exceptional in a way that impresses even more, considering the subject matter.
