What is the latest good film you watched ?

That film is on my DVR. Will watch it at some point in the New Year.

Last truly exemplary movie I watched was The Good, the Bad and the Ugly last week. The soundtrack, visuals and characterisations were all wonderful. And what a perfect ending it had!

Rewatched Fantastic Voyage (1966) last night for probably the first time in 20 years. For a 50 year old SciFi it holds up really well, with only a couple of scenes do the effects seem a little dated. It's a unique story and wasn't shall we say contaminated with sequels & remakes. If you have never seen it it's worth checking out.

Don't know if it's N Cal local KQED or across PBS network but tonight's movies are Film Noir Classics "Dial M for Murder" and "The Postman Always Rings Twice".
