Three Days of the Condor, Marathon Man & All the Presidents Men

we've been on kind of a throwback movie watching binge. love the retro feel of all of the movies, though i realize it wasnt retro at the time.

not really movies that most of my age group (today's 25 - 30 age group, not early 70's 25 - 30 age group) would enjoy, but there's still quite a few of us who can get into these non action packed, cerebral, slow unwinding pace films.

not really movies that most of my age group (today's 25 - 30 age group, not early 70's 25 - 30 age group) would enjoy, but there's still quite a few of us who can get into these non action packed, cerebral, slow unwinding pace films.

Classics! Its a shame that modern thrillers have to have an explosion every 15 minutes in lieu of an intelligent gripping plot.

Yes. Three Days of the Condor is an excellent film! That is the kind of film that does not need killing and shower of bullets for dialogue to come off memorable.

Intelligent, sophisticated, and very little violence to show that it is worthwhile to watch. :thumbsup:
