The Good The bad & The Ugly (1966)
Over 40 years old now, and still stands the test of time, in my opinion the daddy of westerns, great script, great scenery, great cast and who can forget the soundtrack (Morricone at his best).

I have to confess I found this a bit slow to get going, but overall a great movie. If you like this, & stuff like Silent Running, definitely check out Moon which gets released this week.

I've seen Solaris about 4 times now and like you the first time I saw it I thought it was unbelievably slow. But I think the second watch really made me a fan and now I love it
. It's funny you should mention Silent Running I only saw that for the first time two days ago, really good movie. And for something that only got a U certificate very dark too.

If you havent already, check out more of Tarkovsky's stuff. Stalker, Andrei Rublev, The Mirror and the others. All really good movies.

It's not a movie but rather a TV show. One that I have viewed numerous times.
Trailer Park Boys season 4. Just finished it today.
I now have the Xmas special to watch then it's onto Season 5 and then Trailer Park Boys: The Big Dirty [a feature length movie] then seasons 6 and finally season 7.
You shithawks had better start watching this show. Otherwise you will bring a shitstorm down on you and it will extinguish your little shitflame of a life. Your life will be like a shittrain derailed if you don't watch the show.
That is the sort of thing that, Jim Lahey, who is the supervisor for the Trailer Park, would say lol.
