Amazing foreign language film with English subtitles. It's a fictional account of Josef Mengele's time in Argentina, and it's amazingly done IMO. It almost feels like a docudrama. And although it was made in 2013, it doesn't lay on the typical, heavy handed, modern sensitivities that you tend to get with American made films about this subject matter. You feel like you're getting a somewhat honest picture of what this infamous character was about. You begin thinking that maybe he'd changed or maybe he was somewhat misunderstood. But then you realize that he was truly a sociopath, albeit one with a highly technical mind. Not someone you'd want looking after your twins, that's for sure. :eek:
If you love historically based movies about iconic figures of the 20th Century, and you can deal with subtitles, check this one out. :thumbsup:

I finally got around to watching this last night. A great movie and a more complete story than my previous favorite version with George C. Scott from 1984.
It's becoming hard to imagine that movies were once made that relied on plot, acting and storytelling and not just on special effects.

I watched this movie only for scenes of Italian/French (?) blonde actress 'Alexandra Delli Colli' with an amazing submissive scene..look at the caps below..! The original VHS version has lengthy submissive scene of Delli Colli with complete full frontal!:stir::stir::stir: A must watch scene...still difficult to reproduce in modern digital movies..
I still do not know why legendary director Lucio Fulci chosen the city name "New York" bringing some bad name at that time in 80's

Sausage Party lagged a little but had some genuinely laugh out loud moments. The food orgy near the end made me blow some soda out my nose.
Over Christmas I have watched the "Captain America" films
"The First Avenger" "The Winter Soldier" and "Civil War"
Stunning three films .
You would not notice how extraordinary they truly are until you take time to watch them all.
"Civil War" could easily be part of "The Avengers" , but it shows up the conflict among Earth's greatest heros.
The musical scores woooowwww very uplifting
Especially the closing sequence of "The First Avenger" film from 2011 , the way how the animation matches the music.
