What is the latest BAD film you watched?

well while your watching a movie, I expect you are capable of deciding whether or not you have enjoyed the plot so far. So if you didn't like the storyline, the movie buildup is too long or it didn't catch your interest, you won't continue watching it.

Just like Jonah Hex, when you start watching the first 20 minutes (of an hour long film) you kind of see that there is no story there, no character background, nothing there. Much like that hole in Jonah's face....
It's not an hour, its 81mins.

Plus I am not the type of person that would just walk out of a cinema & leave my mates to watch the rest of the film. Also I have paid to see the film, it is not possible to make a valid judgement on whether the film is good or bad unless I have watched the whole film.

Banned?
I went to my friend's house and he made me watch The Room starring, producing, executive producing, written and directed by Tommy Wiseau. I love films but The Room is exactly the type of movie that makes me hate the entire medium. I laughed here and there but it's still excruciating to watch.

That is a cult movie. It being sooooo shit makes it good. It still gets played in some small cinemas and gets sold out...

YOU'RE TEARING ME APARRRRRT LISA!

That's what I did, I stopped watching it halfway through. But I had to see something before I could make that call, didn't I?

Devil was absolute garbage. M. Night Shayamalan has wasted more hours of my life than I'm comfortable with. Fuck you, Shayamalan. Stop making movies.

Hell Ride.

This is a puzzle. It's produced by Tarantino, but directed by Larry Bishop. Yet it is the biggest example of Tarantino style-aping that you can imagine. It's not "inspired" by Tarantino...nor is it an "homage". It's just a blanket, blunt attempt of mimicry. There's even a PF-style MacGuffin. It's basically Kill Bill's retarded brother had sex with Pulp Fiction's retarded brother, they had sex, had a kid and taught it how to ride a shitty motorcycle.

My guess is that Quentino still has respect for Bishop and decided to produce his movie out of some odd respect/guilt. And then Bishop figured he'd please his boss by copying his style. That's all I can figure. This was total shit.

Lots of titties though. A few nice ones even. Oh and there a limited few awesome scenes with Dennis Hopper and David Carradine. And I'm not saying they're "awesome scenes because Hopper and Carradine are dead; I'm saying it because they're awesome. But not awesome enough to save this train wreck.

Shamalamdingdong didn't make Devil. Supposedly, he just co-created the premise and then left Nelson and Dowdle to make their magic.

It should be fun to see if the Knight Chronicle Trilogy actually gets completed with all theatrical releases.
