is it good ? tried the demo and was not that impressed am tempted to rent it first to see if i like it, but some info off you about good points bad points would be nice, hey maybe someone should start a thread for burnout paradise if not done so already !!

yeah bud, i played the demo and was thinking thew same thing ! hope it still got four to the party still as in the demo there is only two and if you can play the whole game with three other friends that would rock.
Devil may cry 4 on 360 and it's great !

Yea, you might want to rent it. The graphics are great. The damage is pretty damn good too. Insane speed once you unlock some faster cars and boost into on coming traffic. Which by the way there is a shit load of traffic this time around! Achievements are easy to get for the most part as well.
Only complaint I have is there is no crash junctions anymore

Is it really? The demo disappointed the hell outta me! Though I've never played any of the DMC series. If it is a series as I've never heard of it till DMC4
Conflict: Denied Ops (now playing the game and not the demo)
Forget the other games in the series. You play as two guys, older white sniper and younger black guy with big machine gun. ONLY TWO. The plot is like a Tom Clancy wannabe, the enemies have zero AI, sometimes they soak up bullets like sunshine and simply don't die. The sniper rifle is shit, it can't be held steady and don't even bother with body shots, you're just wasting ammo. Basically walk into room, shoot everyone, proceed to next area and that's the whole game.
The plus side is that they've dropped medkits and adopted the damage system from Gears of War and Rainbow Six: Vegas and it looks very pretty too with nice textures to war-torn debris and shadows from explosions (exploding barrels are everywhere).
There doesn't seem to be a map of the area or UAV drone to scout the area, so you do wonder aimlessly about, a small arrow points to your destination, but you get lost anyway.
Rent it for a mindless shooter, but don't bother buying it.

All I can tell you is that the last dmc I played was the second one on PS2 and to me it was total junk . So for me to want to come back to that franchise , it has to be very very good ...
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Call of Duty 4. Both are pretty good games.
Lost odyssey , a great RPG so far .
