I downloaded a game off of the internet called The Road. It is a twist on the story of Little Red Riding Hood. The only goal in the game is to follow the road to grandma's house, but in order to fully enjoy the game, you need to turn and head into the forest. It's a real interesting game; I suppose you could call it a horror.

It is created by a independant company. It costs ten dollars to download, and I think it was a good buy on my part.

I'm trying to play the MAG beta,but the server keeps fucking up.This could be really bad news considering that the main thing that they are promoting is the fact that you can play with 256 players per map.Hope they get their server issues together before the final release of the game.

I wouldn't read too much into it. A friend of mine who works at Sony was telling me that the Beta is literally almost exclusively for testing scalability on a number of different server architectures, and very little attention has been paid so far to making the Beta smoothly playable, but he claims the Alpha is much further ahead.



Anyway, I'm finally getting around to NHL 10, which has been a lot of fun so far.

It's ok. It's not as good of a game as I thought it was now that I'm playing it again, and after awhile it gets insanely repetitive, but its a decent way to spend an hour. It's kind of fun having to figure out how to defeat the colossi.
