What do you like on your hamburger?

There are so many burger types and combinations that I can't really say for certain.

For the typical cheeseburger I like cheddar cheese, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and sometimes olives or jalapenos. A defunct local place made a fantastic jalapeno cheeseburger that I still miss. Wendy's had a pretty good jalapeno chicken sandwich too before it was discontinued.

This guy actually thinks that the recipe can't be duplicated or even improved upon here in the States.

There are some fine cheese makers in the U.S.

Besides Beef Wellington, Yorkshire Pudding and fish and chips, there isn't a whole lot of British cuisine that has set the world on fire.

The French, Greeks and Italians pretty much dominate the culinary arts in your corner of the world with an honorable mention to the Germans for their meats.

Thanks for introducing cheddar to the world. They carry the cheddar torch and do it proud in Wisconsin.
