What Current or Recent TV shows do you Recommend?

Hi Everybody!
I'm always looking for a good TV show/mini series to get into and I was hoping to get some feedback from my message board alumni because as we all know, we have got great taste in everything.
Having said that, In the last 5 years or so I have watched:
The Sheild
Lost
sopranos
the wire
The Tudors
Breaking Bad
and a few others in their entirety
Anything you like that you would recommend?

really depends on your tastes but some ones to check out:

sons of anarchy - pretty good series IMO, about arms dealing biker gang in california
boardwalk empire - haven't seen this on yet but i've heard good things about it
firefly - cut way too short but a great sci-fi series
walking dead - if you're into zombies it's pretty good
spartacus - lots of 300-esque violence and sex but once it gets going it's also a pretty decent story inspired by roman history
deadwood - a great "western" show inspired by a real gold mining village in what's now south dakota

American Horror Story: Asylum

I'll list some shows that probably most people aren't really watching,or at least talking about.Also,shows that are still current.

Boss is fucking awesome,and is a show that isn't getting a whole lot of attention.

I'm really loving Alphas too on SiFi.

Finge is in it's last season,but is one of my favorite shows on TV.

Last Resort is surprisingly good.I really didn't expect much,but so far,it's been very entertaining.

Alphas on the Scyfy channel is pretty good if you are willing to forgive it being a fairly blatant X-Men ripoff. I actually encourage that sort of thing because a couple of movies, years apart and done, just isn't good enough for me. And it's on Netflix streaming.

I'd guess it was a double post that was auto-corrected. Why'd you post this without an answer to the original posted question is a better question. :tongue:

I enjoy watching Chopped which is a reality cooking series in which four competitors compete with each getting chopped between rounds. They must make the best dish of a three course meal and the judges can be obnoxious but I like the idea and what's wrong with seeing chef's dish up new creations for our enjoyment. I also like the series Inkmasters... somewhat on the fence with it though.

I don't know why I'm into the reality series lately... they're something to watch I suppose.

I watch too much TV now. We kind of plant ourselves a bit after dinner.
My wife got me into The Good Wife and it is excellent.
I like Nashville - I missed it last night.
Also, the History Channel has this series on the men who built America - Vanderbilt, Carnegie, Rockerfeller, Ford. It is pretty good.

Just started watching breaking bad, only half way through the first season but it is great so far!
