Mine turned out to be a disaster. She calls me up after work to thank me for the flowers and candy. Okay, so what does she want to do tonight. The new season of House of Cards premiers tonight. She's been telling me about this series and how great it is and everything and I just don't care. Would I like to come over? Well...okay...should I bring over some Chinese? "Yea, great Idea. You're just going to love this show."

I thought it was just the season premier and we might go out after it. No, the whole season came out at once and she is making this into a fucking marathon. I am board to tears. This show couldn't grip me with a pair of pliers. And since this **** doesn't have commercial breaks, getting up to take a **** or refill my ***** or have a smoke has her sighing and hitting the pause button. 3 hours of this ******* and I made up an excuse to leave to meet some people in the morning. As I am writing this I'm sure she is still awake watching the show.
