"The Land That Time Forgot" -- the 2009 version. I'm sorta watching it in the background as I browse FO. From what I've seen, it sucks royally. Stick with the 1975 version. The FX are kinda what you'd expect for those days, but I remember watching the movie a few times in the 1980s and liking it well enough. The sequel, "The People That Time Forgot," was fucking HORRIBLE!! :eeew:

Catching Hell. Great ESPN documentary on the scapegoats of the 2003 Cubs (Bartman) and the 1986 Red Sox (Buckner).

Fuck. I'll never forget that game 6. October 14, 2003. Five outs from the World Series. Will they get there again?

Cubs fan, huh? Man that Bartman thing was a tough, tough thing to swallow -- it perhaps was not as bad as my Yankees choking away FOUR straight to Boston in the 2004 ALCS -- but the whole Bartman thing got me to start believing that maybe, just maybe, sports curses are real afterall! :eek: :dunno:


Right now, I'm watching "Sons of Anarchy" on my DVR ... but I have it on "pause" right now so I can make a few posts on FO tonight!
