I want to show my cousin who only watches popular horror movies and laughs at them. Some of the ones I know are Cannibal Holocaust, Lucker, the necropagous, Cannibal Ferox, Guinea Pig series, The Burning Moon, Demonia etc.

Some of Lucio Fulci´s movies are extremely gory, for example: The Beyond, Zombie Flesh Eaters, The House By The Cemetery, City of The Living Dead & The New York Ripper. Braindead is without a doubt the goriest movie i have ever seen but that´s a comedy so i guess that´s not what you´re looking for.

Braindead and Evil Dead Uncut have HUGE quantities of gore, but it's mostly comedic and unrealistic. You'll probably laugh more than you'll cringe or get queasy.

Fulci films were one of my first thoughts as well. Also consider Argento films. You won't have nearly as much organ removal or dismemberment, but the murders and killing ARE extremely graphic and bloody, and the plot is usually more coherent (if that matters?)

Japanese horror was my other primary thought here. The eye gouge scene in Hostel is standard and LOW-key for many of these. Examples include Evil Dead Trap, Machine Girl, and Tokyo Gore Police. If you include late 80's/early 90's anime, things potentially get MUCH bloodier.

Most of Argento´s movies are very violent but if it´s gore people are looking for they´re not gonna find too much of that in his early (and best) movies. Of his full on splatter movies is Tenebre and Opera his best.

I haven´t seen the movie "A Serbian Film" myself but from what i have heard it´s supposed to be one of the most extreme movies ever made.

lol all horror movies make me laugh, especially the older ones.... you wanna see horror. be a firefighter and goto all the car wreck scenes. horror movies are not scary, they are just fun to make. you get to wear latex and just dress-up and make fake blood, fake axe right threw the brain with that pounch full of red dye splattering on the wall. they are fun to make. but scary? hahahahahahaha.

fucking horror movies, gimmie a break

:rofl2:
