Trump made his personnal Twitter account an official communication chanel for him as POTUS (he announced the firing of Rex Tillerson and his replacement by Mike Pompeo on his personnal Twitter Account, what else do you need). The president should be held responsible for everything he publishes on an official presidential communication channel.

Hillary made a terrible mistake when she saved (and then deleted) official emails on her personnal server. Trump did the exact opposite mistake : he published some more personnal stuff through such an official communication channel.
At least Hillary was smart enough to cover up what she had done. Trump is so stupid he put it where everyone could see it.
