From what I've heard, it appears that the girls in the contest did not get a final say on the pics that were used of them on the ballot sheet. (some still have no pic incidently). That seems a bit odd to me. Personally, Im basing my voting decisions each day on a variety of factors, not just what I see in a few pics. I hope others are doing likewise.
All girls were mailed to supply us with pics. If we didn't get any we put our own up there.
The ones without a pic will be done asap!
....and obviously the one who said so never asked us to change her pic.

Actually, I heard more than one girl complain. I think the staffers are doing a good job and as you mentioned Roald, it's up to the girls themselves to provide all the pertinent personal information. To be honest, I think some of the girls down in the rankings are just getting stressed out.

It would be great to have my picture chnaged Ive moaned about it since day 1 its must be the most awful picture of me in all time, I hate it so much.
Just to let you know I checked my email and dont have a email asking to supply pics so dunno what happened there, checked spam to. (while in spam missed someone inviting me to carribbean for wk holiday before xmas for free can u believe it, :-(((()
I have emailed many times new pics and correct info for me which Petra has corrected for me today LOVE HER I sent my freeones t-shirt pics too with the hope it might get changed I know you are busy but if you find time, i just hate looking at it I look dead lol.
