It would be easy as hell to make a good metal gear movie, following the story already laid down. But like you said, that won't happen. Shit just look what hollywood did to mario bros...nuf said!

i think that GTA San Andreas and GTA IV have good story lines. Also add in all of the COD games

Call Of Cthulhu: Dark Corners Of The Earth - I just beat that game again and ... i had forget how great was the storyline. Awesome for Lovecraft fans. Or people interrested in lovecraftian mythos. It's an adventure game with some FPS action - a great mixt of genres. Recommanded.
