I would never have had Mel down as a C cup but looking at that pic she entered with, which is very buxom for her, it's possible that she sometimes wears one. By her own admission when her weight fluctuates her chest is the first thing that changes. She had some pictures up on her tumblr from a year or so back where she commented "my tits were huge here" which was quite amusing.
