He was a big reason why Dominion Voting Systems was suing the Fox Corporation and Fox News over promoting the 2020 Presidential Election and the Big Lie. Plus now, his very sharp criticism for Fox upper management and his shown misogyny and sexism against female colleagues, staffers and guests to the network has emerged in company email disclosures. One example, he called Trump campaign lawyer Sydney Powell the c word.

Fox News also faces an upcoming lawsuit from former producer Abby Grossberg who is claiming that Tucker Carlson promoted a hostile work environment. Abby was also a producer on the Sean Hannity and the Maria Bartiromo shows prior to working for Tucker Carlson.
