nah. not an xbox fan but i did see that they had a version of it.
i did managed to get my hands on an ancient copy of magic the gathering on PC. 1996 or 1997 i think. its terrible, but its helping me understand it better. mana burn? buncha shit!

My younger sisters were really into Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh growing up. They have a really rare Pokemon card of Celebi which is worth a lot of money since according to them they never have seen another holographic copy of it. One of them traded a 1st edition Charizard for it, then the other one got really mad and they never liked the Pokemon TCG since. They taught me Yu-Gi-Oh since they believed that watching porn and socializing on a porn forum during work is unhealthy so they made me a account for "The Dueling Network" I got pretty good at it.

It was like 10 years ago according to them and that most of their rare cards were stolen during that time too but I'm sure that they still have it.

Spent sunday playing a 3 person FFA of MTG.
Damn fun I must say, I´ve picked up MTG duels of the planeswalker 2014 on steam as well to play with friends.
Just need to go through and unlock all the cards first since I´m too damn cheap to buy all the packs.

thoughts on it? not bad. i was able to build a new deck (that im eager to try out) with it and the little cards that i had and have enough to almost build a couple of others. you get a lot of cards and 4 boosters from different sets. there was an 2014 booster, 2013, ravnica, and gate something or other.
then you got a ton of lands which is nice, then a bunch of the semi-randomized cards. don't expect rares in the semi-randomized shit though. you'll get some uncommons though.

So in my MTG adventures on the pc I started playing with the deck svacyn´s Glory

That deck is so far proving to be a ton of minion swarming fun.
The problem I have is that you have to win games to unlock all the cards in the deck, halfway tempted to just pay the €0,99 and get them all for that deck.
Best part of it is that I play 2-headed giant mode together with my girl who´s using the Hunter´s Strength deck which seems to have mainly big nasty creatures to compliment my small swarming deck.

ah, my newest deck uses her Garruk's Horde.
trample is a bitch. forest seems to be pretty kick ass in general. mine is like hers a little but i have swamp mixed in.

funny enough, i came across a ton of cards from the first few magic releases before i got into the game. my friend who's a total magic vet said you can't really use those anymore. so i figured eh, ill just keep em.
a few months later, i learned the game, bought some new intro decks, learned the rules really well and now, guess what? i found out he was full of shit. those cards work just fucking fine with the new ones.
now, pokemon, that's a real difference. todays pokemon are killer compared the the first couple of releases. they really can't be used. but magic has much more forgiveness. also, i need one of those buried alive cards!
