If another broadcaster picks up a new Clarkson show, he'll likely be on a very short lease (due to insurance costs). and I doubt the other two will follow him leaving the biggest show in Britain, (assuming it gets picked up by BBC).

Probably picked up by Channel 4 or 5, ITV would love the show but would be too scared of Clarkson causing offence in the future (a pretty safe bet). I wouldn't be surprised if both May and Hammond join him unless they have contracts stipulating that they can't work for another channel. I can't see how the name Top Gear isn't dead TBH.
