It's a nice little heartwarming story about some Muslim oxygen thief who mowed down 9 students with an SUV on the University of North Carolina campus in an attempt “avenge the deaths of Muslims around the world.”
That's what we're dealing with here buddy, another nut job wacko in a Tahoe avenging the deaths of Muslims, apparently somewhere, by running down 9 people who have most likely never killed ANYONE, Muslim or not.
These irrelevant and misguided acts of revenge (targeting innocent people who have nothing to do with the cause at hand) leave me with no choice but believe this is the work of people with VERY LIMITED intelligence. It's just further proof that the religion has no cohesiveness, just fractures of losers with nothing to live for.
Organize your message and put it forth in a respectful, healthy manner or no one will listen to you. But it can't happen, can it? No, because your message is fucked, it's irrational and does nothing more than further the brutality that is cast upon so many people on this earth.

Now i dont like killing as much as anyone else, but, the Christians armies did massacre thousands of Muslims during the Crusades...which lasted for 2 centuries...and was entirely sanctioned by the Papacy.
And im sick of all of you who have a completly uninformed opinion on this subject. Sure there are alot of extremists out there who hate America, but you'd probably feel and act the same way if your country had been occupied by foreign infadels for as long as you can remember. What if you had no education, no electricity, no clean water, you lived in a third world country and all the while you know the entire world is looking upon you with an ever judgemental eye. Read a book, have some social empathy, but dont become a narrow-minded fool led blindly by CNN or the American government. Try for one moment, to have SOME cultural literacy and understand the social context from where these people come before u brand an entire belief system as one of extremism and terrorism.

A bit of clarification might be needed, Durango95. The immediate cause of the First Crusade was Alexius I's appeal to Pope Urban II for mercenaries to help him resist Muslim advances into territory of the Byzantine Empire. In 1071, at the Battle of Manzikert, the Byzantine Empire had been defeated, and this defeat led to the loss of all but the coastlands of Asia Minor (modern Turkey). What ensued was the spilling of blood by Christians and Muslims for years and years over land/territory, but remember who inititated the mess (The Crusades).
No one is saying that ALL modern-day Muslims are terrorist zealots, but the propensity for violent extremism, suicide bombings, terrorism, and "jihad" lies largely with Muslim zealots in the current geo-political climate. I feel horrible for my Muslim friends, for they bear the brunt of ignorant public disfavor and loathing of these fanatic, suicidal, death-dealing wackos, yet all they (my Muslim friends) do is worship peacefully.
Even the most horrendously abhorrent, ass-backwards, swamp-dwelling Southern Baptists don't call for war and blood - they're all talk and usually no action, unless it's racially motivated (typically)...not religiously. They're zealots as well, but I cannot recall the last time a group of 4 Presbyterians or Baptists or Lutherans loaded up a van full of TNT or plastic explosives and drove it into the front doors of a Catholic church or blew up a train station.

Massacre is an awfully strong word to use when referring to someone defending their homeland. At any rate, I have no respect for Christianity either, perhaps I would if they would have just finished the job and wiped out the Muslims altoghether. Half-assed losers.
Massacre is indeed the wrong word. Both sides commited acts of violence and it is indeed the Muslims that started it. This does not make them half-assed losers, however. This makes them a people like any other.

Make it known though that I have NO violent feelings toward Muslims or any other religious group. I just subscribe to a utopian philosophy there there shouldn't be any groups at all.
Ok...now first of all, I would like to discuss 'jihad'. It doesn't mean holy war, in the LITERAL sense. The actual meaning of it is the war between you and your faith (questioning your faith, etc, not necessarily a bad thing). It is an internal battle, not an external one. It does not mean go kill others in the name of your faith, and wipe out those who oppose your beliefs. I would like to clarify that as some people have been misinformed here.
Second of all, refering to terrorists as Muslims is a very cowardly thing to do. I'm sure you didn't intend to, but when, say, Peter Gazinya said:

When certain extremists that have proclaimed their faith to be Islam, and done acts of terrorism, it does not make Islam a terrorist faith. It was just a bunch of morons who happened to either misinterpret the Qu'ran (not Koran), or something else, I don't know. Whatever it was, it sure caught everyone's attention...
Now..onto the topic at hand. I was a little offended when the original poster had misspelled several things again, and again, and again, and again. But I won't bother, because it doesn't matter. The Message was a great movie, and I can say that with full confidence having seen it years ago. It was too bad I didn't pay much attention though. Too late now that I converted...but anyways.
