It's not capsular contracture - they are not hard judging by the way they bounce on videos. It's just the way they were positioned. Surgeon has to use his or her best judgement in implants placement. Sometimes if he/she assumes that implant will move, say, 2 inches down and it moves more, that's what happenes. It can affect one or both implants. The only way to fix this is to reposition the implant (another surgery).
