Thank you for attempting to do this by the book but I'm afraid the title still too long.

The 150 character limit includes spaces, which you may not have accounted for.

The easiest way to simulate whether it is too long or not is to go to create a new thread without actually posting it and see if it will fit in the title field.

You can also use Microsoft Word (or equivalent) to get a word/character count or just use a free online tool which tells you how many chars are being used.

I owe a lot to this auto-generating post tool. Not only has it created the need to edit thousands of thread titles to get rid of the 'new babe added to FreeOnes' prefix, but it couldn't even be trusted to add each babe no more than once. 😑
